Please explain how long does radiation therapy session last?

Quite short: Radiation is usually delivered by a machine and can be done in a matter of minutes. But there is sometime involved in positioning etc, but over all it is a short treatment time, yet the logistics of travel, registration paper work etc can consume an hour or so of your time easily.
