Go to your PCP for -: An xray . The history of a fall/involvement in fight, etc, with pain, tenderness, bleeding from the nostrils, are all signs/symptoms of this diagnosis. An xray will confirm it. You need to see an ENT surgeon to have packing or reduction done. Good luck/happy holidays.
