See a doctor: Abdominal pain can be caused by way too many things to advise you on what to do for your present condition. You need to see your doctor who will take a complete history and perform a physical exam before recommending any diagnostic and/or treatment plans. this could be a problem with the ovaries, appendix or something else. There is no way to know without a complete medical evaluation.
