Interesting: Very difficult to determine what is going on. Since it has been going on for 6 years and has not progressed is encouraging. Could it be a nerve pinching, positional. Would recommend you have your bowels checked, ct of the abdomen to look for any masses in the right lower abdomen. Look for hernias as well.
