Need a monitor: The heart rate increases and slows normally throughout the day. The "weird feeling" that you get, if associated with excessive heart rate slowing may be related to decreasing blood flow to your brain. If this symptom occurs frequently, a cardiac (holter) monitor, worn for 24 hours could help your doctor define the reason for your symptoms.
