Often missed in ER: Swelling, development of clearly asymmetrical deformity in one foot vs the other, pain in the midfoot definitely need to see your foot surgeon for proper assessment.

Lisfranc: There may be deformity of the affected foot vs the other foot , pain swelling , bruising. See your podiatrist for an evaluation and x rays.
