No: Genioplasty is a cosmetic alteration of the chin. It can, however, be performed in conjunction with mobilization of the mandible-- which is an orthopedic surgery that will alter the position of the teeth.

No it won't: Genioplasty is just to improve chin appearance, not the teeth. But it can be done in conjunction with othrognathic surgery to move parts of the mandible and that can ration teeth to amore favorable bite..
