Ask closer to home : I'm not sure if there are too many docs on her from india yet. I think the best thing to do is ask some docs closer to home. They should be able to point you is the right direction. Just make sure the surgeon sees a reasonable volume and is accredited by india's plastic surgery community.

No idea: But there are excellent hospitals in utah! i would not endorse overseas plastic surgery secondary to patient safety issues and hospital cleanliness issues that do not occur in the us because of regulations.
