YES: Of course there is mpst rectal pain could be caused by hemorroids if that is the case over the counter cream can help if your pain cause by anal fissure there is a cream that will bumb the area completely but it requres a rx so you need to see your doctor for that all rectal pain will get better after a nice wrm water bath that ypu can sit in it.
