Should i be concerned if my 17 month old has a ear infection all the time, he is always on antibotics?

Yes: In children with recurrent ear infections numbering 5-6 in a year or having persistent fluid over 3 months are candidates for ear tubes since these disorders can lead to hearing problems or antibiotic resistance.
