Lasik better than 20: Yes. Many of my lasik and prk patients have ended up better than 20/20 in one or both eyes. That is a high expectation to have, but we always aim for the best possible results. Healing happens individually and it is hard to predict outcomes 100% of the time because people heal differently. I recommend all laser lasik if you are considering it, which I use exclusively for my lasik patients.
