Lasik: Lasik can correct most prescriptions as long as everything else is normal. See a lasik surgeon for further evaluation.

Depends: The person could be near sighted or far sighted that needs glasses or contact lens to focus better. It depends on the patient needs and on the lasik surgeon evaluation. If the person is a good candidate and the person would like to be free of glasses or contact then lasik will be fine.
