Crossed eyes: Typically develop when we are infants. It's possible that your eyes just look crossed but really aren't. If you are not having any double vision or one of your eyes isn't lazy (doesn't see well), then it's most likely that your eyes aren't crossing. Regardless, patching won't help. If this is a change in how your eyes look, then you should see an ophthalmologist to have this looked at.
