Endovascular: Repair is your other option but it depends on the location, size of your arteries before that determination is made. Please see a vascular surgeon for recommendations.

Depends: Extremity aneurysms are treated based on size, location, or symptoms. Greater than 2cm are usually treated, and the best treatment is surgical resection. Symptoms can include pressure, embolization, or thrombosis. Rupture rarely occurs. Medical therapy includes smoking cessation. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
