Smoking: 1) make a contract with yourself that you will quit 2) have a further plan of support and alternatives 3) if your good health now you probably won't be for long. 4) a general comment would be that nicotine patches or an electronic cigarette might be a good start for you. It would be very difficult to stop cold turkey. If you can talk to your physician or therapist good luck.(chest x-ray?).
