A 45-year-old male asked:
What is worse for your long term health & i know they are both bad... one day a week having a bottle of wine or 6 pack versus an edible marijuana gummy? basically, alcohol = to 6 servings or one serving dose of edible marijuana specifically weekly?

Lesser evil: One marijuana gummy in a week would be the lesser of the two evils. As you conceded, both are bad for you.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
Wish you good health!
