Unfortunately......: You probably need to be disempacted. After nine days you probably have a bowel impaction and some of the liquid is able to get past the main blockage. Use of a stool softener and good hydration can sometimes prevent this. Use of a strong enema or laxatives should only be done under medical supervision in this situation.
