Is it possible to breastfeed quads?

Yes: Although you may not be able to make enough milk to provide that as their only source of nutrition, any breast milk they receive will be beneficial! this is especially true since quads are usually born prematurely, and premature babies have measurably better outcomes when fed breast milk instead of formula.
