Possibly: If you have episodes where your heart rate is faster than it should be, which is common with a-fib, the symptoms you describe may be related to the a-fib. It is also possible that medications that you are on for the a-fib are effecting your blood pressure - which may be more noticeable with position changes (going from standing to sitting). Both possibilities should be evaluated by your doctor.
