Loneliness: Many of us experience loneliness -- some for long stretches of time depending on how we live. Dealing with loneliness requires more than just being around people, although that may help. You also need to connect with your authentic feelings, and open your heart to others too. If you're cut off from your own responses, you won't be able to relate to others. Practice reaching out in friendly ways.
