Yes but as long as-: -you have a system that is set up properly. Many people forget to blink while on the computer, which can lead to dry eyes. The main orthopedic problems are related to using the mouse & prolonged typing, this can lead to tendinitis as well as carpal tunnel. Proper mouse pads an keyboard rests will help avoid these
