Eyes: Please go see an eye doctor ( opthomologist) to be sure but often just fatigue. Stop on the computer and go get checked!

Computer overuse: Stuff like this happens to everybody who spends a lot of time at the computer. If that's not the cause, i'd consider labyrinthitis / vestibular neuronitis if you're dizzy. Brain tumor and major neuro disorder wouldn't even be among my top 5. If you're not better after a good rest, see if your physician would see you.

See eye doc: Maybe that the eyes are dry and light rays hit a wet spot and others a dry spot and get bent different directions. So see eye doc and in meantime use artificial tears from grocery store 4 times a day.
