MSG: Called Chinese Restaurant syndrome, after eating food that has the additive MSG, leading to headache, sweating, skin flushing, nausea, fatigue, numbness or burning in mouth or throat. More severe symptoms are chest pains, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath. Drink several glasses of water if symptoms mild.
