Too Many: It is the sole ingredient in accent. Used in chinese food as well as spanish food, but because of it's excellent ability to enhance the taste of food, it can be found virtually anywhere where taste enhancement is desired.

Reminds me of an episode of "Mad About You" in which they're eating in a Chinese restaurant and discussing monosodium glutamate; and cousin Ira exclaims, "I don't understand. My mother put Accent on everything. There was never an incident!"
