Not addison's: Adrenal tumors can cause cushing's disease (excess of hormones), usually not addison's disease. Adrenal tumors can cause hypertension and symptoms of sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity including headache, rapid pulse, anxiety, hypertension, palpitations, sweating, ; pallor as well as flank pain ; weight loss. There may not be symptoms ; just present as abdominal mass or multiple metastases.

Unlikely.: Involvement of the adrenals with cancer is not likely to cause adrenal insufficiency since most of the adrenal gland would need to be destroyed to produce that.

Yes it is possible: Cancer that spread to both adrenal glands can cause adrenal insufficiency. For primary adrenal cancer treatment might cause adrenal insufficiency
