Male 50 yr old. having pvcs for 6 weeks. 1st week burden 5-10%. Got Echo, heart fine cardiologist said. EKG showed unifocal pvcs. now increase in pvcs. When i lay down/sit i can have 15-20% burden, as soon as i walk they (almost) go away. Benign or?

I have a moderate ant of pvcs daily. I see a cardiologist. I'm on toprol (metoprolol) 50 mg xl. Still having them. Am i at an increased risk for v-fib?
Would you consider daily ambulatory ecg reports showing multiple events including combos of subventricular tachycardia, couplet of pvc/pac, sinus rhythm, and a-fib an emergency? Or could it wait until 1st avail cardiologists appt 12/15?
