Yes: But depends, usually pernicious anemia is macrocytic, but you have microcytic, so you need to know why microcytic, due to iron def also or thalassemia, ?, general for pernicious anemia you have to take B12 injection, provided that Folic Acid is normal, if low must get suppliment also.
