Flickers at eye corners n strange lights - more so after moving from light to dark or physical exertion.checked retina, lattice ok. tests n diagnosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Photopsias: Lattice degeneration shouldn't account for your symptoms by itself. You are at risk for future retinal tears and detachment, though. You already told me that there is no evidence of retinal detachment. If after a thorough exam, your ophthalmologist has found no etiology, then idiopathic vitreous floaters should be diagnosed. The floaters may become less noticeable or resolve over time.
