A member asked:

Does anybody know about madelung wrist deformity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Madelung's deformity: This can be a congenital or an acquired deformity of the wrist. The congenital deformity may be complex with the distal radius being longer than the ulna with an angular deformity of the distal radius causing significant functional impairment of the upper extremity. The acquired deformity may be a madelung's plus or minus deformity with the radius being longer or shorter.
