Avoid it unless. ...: ....U have a unilateral problem that is significant. There r good procedures but u need an evaluation by a specialist in that field, and hr/her will decide if it's necessary. There r serious complications so pick ur surgeon carefully ; don't do it 4 cosmetic reasons, risk is the same but ur insurance will not cover cosmetic surgery.
