Heart remarkable: The heart is a remarkable muscle that can adjust to much of what we throw at it. The few extra pounds a limb lengthening would produce are nothing at all for your heart to handle, especially if you are in good shape. If not, get before and surgery. Limb lengthening very serious surgery. I personally don't know why anyone would want to go through it - so fraught with problems other than heart...
