What to do if a friend of mine has 100% blocked arteries in her neck, is there something - or anyone who can help her?

Vascular disease: Occlusion of the neck artery (carotid or vertebral) is usually treated medically. Individuals who have such occluded artery should be on intensive medical therapy to help prevent progression of cardiovascular disease and/or stroke. Other vasculature e.g. Heart and lower extremities should also be evaluated and treated. To start, see a cardiologist.
