Definitely : Although it is not considered a first-line agent for neuropathic pain, it can be used in combination with other anticonvulsants in the management of both paroxysmal and continuous neuropathic pains. Side effects are the same as those for other benzodiazepines: drowsiness, fatigue, ataxia, cognitive impairment, amnesia, and occasional depression.
