Something else: The most common symptoms of endometriosis are painful menses, pain during sex, pelvic pain, or infertility. There are other possible symptoms, such as constipation or diarrhea. I would consider other possibilities for your vaginal odor, such as bacterial vaginosis (bv). With bv, the odor may be worse after sex and during menses.
