Lots of symptoms: There is not one diagnosis to tie all of eight different symptoms which are occurring in different body parts. There are many treatments for heavy periods and your obgyn can help with that as well as the vaginal odor. Ibuprofen should help for now. Your primary care doctor can assess your anxiety, back pain and headaches. Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) for constipation.
