No surgery: Give this time and wash it well, consider a facial scrub with 1-2% salicylic acid. You do not want to have surgery on your nose.

See a dermatologist: Much depends on the type of skin you have. Probably post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Will require experience on part of dr, patience on your part.
