Acne treatment no Rx: Acne can be prevented or minimized by using a gentle cleanser twice daily, over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products followed by a noncomedogenic moisturizer such as Cetaphil. Try not to pick as that will increase inflammation and infection risk, and make your pimples more noticeable!
