NEED TO SEE MD: You have blood in the stool and it needs to be checked asap before you get anemic.You need examination and a colonoscopy.Blood with stools can be due to hemorrhides polyp in rectum or colon other rare causes like cancer, inflammatory bowel disease so consult your doctor asap.
