I have sternum pain while breathing , sometimes when i press on it, it's really a bad pain, what could it be? a normal sternum cold? or an inflammation?

Inflammatory: Many time the ribs associated with the sternum can get inflamed called costochondritis. Other times it could be where the xyphoid process attaching to the sternum can cause pain. Also could be where the clavicle attaches to the sternum as well. Either way have it checked out and addressed.
