May not be kidney: Pain happens to be where the kidney is but it may not be your kidney. It may be your spine and the nerves there. In any case, it would be difficult to give advise here not seeing you and evaluating you. Go to your doctor and have proper exam. It is your comfort and peace of mind that counts.
