I have a bump where my ac joint is, thought i have a grade 2 separation but an mri stated that my ac and cc capsules, ligaments are intact. whats up?

Normal changes: This is probably due to normal age-related hypertrophic changes. This joint quickly degenerates throughout life but rarely requires treatment. If you're having symptoms particularly at this joint seeking care through an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation and potential treatment would be prudent.
