Depends on stage: Most bladder cancer occurs in people over the age of 60. It's unusual for a 34-year-old to get it, but that doesn't mean a bad prognosis. The earlier the stage, the better the prognosis. For in situ (the earliest stage) cancer, more than 97% of people are alive and cancer-free in five years. Ask your doctor your stage, and remember you have the advantage of youth! best to you.
