Retest: May need to retest for chlamydia, if sexual partner was not also treated, reinfection may occur, if retest is negative and symptoms persist , evaluation by a urologist may be needed.

Vague symptoms: Difficult to know what this is without the ability to hear any other symptoms you may have and to examine you. You might want to have a checkup by a urologist. Good luck. Hopefully you have been tested for other stds as well.
