Very unlikely: Ms can cause ocular symptoms - significant pain and loss of vision (optic neuritis) or double vision. Blurred vision as you described is very unlikely to be due to multiple sclerosis.

Possibly!: Most likely not, but need more information on what happened. Most likely dryness of the surface of the eye for short time. Ms and eye symptoms usually much more dramatic and last quite a while and possibly permanently.

Probably not: Transient visual blurring is typically benign, and is NOT a sign of MS or any significant neurological disorders. If it becomes recurrent, have your ophthalmologist assess.
