Can a hematoma spread? and can it be flesh toned? (like not red or blue)

Yes ; perhaps: A hematoma can spread as in enlarge, if still bleeding, or drain, if gravity a factor (like a thigh bruise "moving" toward knee). Flesh tone would only occur with deep bruising/hematoma that does not have blood up near the underside of the skin.
