This may be rosacea: Rosacea may be treated with an oral antibiotic like Doxycycline or a topical cream as metrogel. I find the best treatment is the max g ipl. This usually requiers 1-3 treatments.

May be rosacea: Can't say for sure w/o seeing your face so have it evaluated by your pcp or dermatologist. There are treatments to help out.
