No: Nebivolol and atenolol are both beta blockers. It's never a good practice to take two medications that have the same mechanism because their adverse reactions are additive with no benefit. Atenolol is inexpensive and nebivolol is expensive. Why use both? You list 1st degree av block: that combination is likely to make it worse.
