Suspicious symptoms: Exertional chest pain or pain in the upper abdomen in a man your age should always raise suspicion of angina pectoris or pain due to heart disease. Radiation to the neck makes it even more suspicious. Please see your physician and have a thorough evaluation done as a priority.
