One or More Toes: There are many causes to what you are experiencing however consider water retention, medication even changes in medication or sero-negative arthritis including pa( psoriatic arthritis). Pa can cause pain and swelling into toes and fingers. I you have psoriasis then this is our answer. Start with an internist who will start with blood work.

Swelling: Pain is our body's way of telling us something is wrong. Get to your podiatrist asap and if needed he/she will work with your internist to find the cause . Good luck.
