Worse with breathing: For right sided chest discomfort, at rest or following exertion, i would think about myofascial syndrome, costochondritis, asthma, pneumonia, pleurisy, cholecystitis, or esophageal reflux. Many cases turn out to be neurocirculatory asthenia.
